Overview
Take advantage of early bird pricing until August 1st! Let’s run away from the February cold to the warm beaches of Jamaica! We’ll soak up the sun while sipping margaritas, and enjoying each other’s company. Although there will be lots to do for those so inclined, we’ll have no set agenda other than to eat and drink!
We’ll be staying at the Ocean Eden Bay resort, close to Montego Bay, and full of luxurious amenities at every turn!
This resort is a brand new five-star resort for adults only. Located facing the sea in the Montego Bay area, with access to a spectacular white sand beach with turquoise waters, it features modern rooms, a large swimming pool and wide range of dining options, including an exclusive dinner-show restaurant with themed performances. There’s also a luxury Spa for those so inclined.
Cost Includes
- All meals, national and international drinks, cocktails and snacks.
- Swimming pool with swim-up bar service
- 1 buffet restaurant, 4 à la carte restaurants and 1 dinner-show restaurant
- 4 bars
- Beach area with cabanas
- Lazy river
- 24-hour room service
- Airport transfers
While many of us will opt to lie in the sun for 4 days, we will be offering a variety of excursions. You’ll be able to register for any of these 60 days prior to departure. Prices will be announced at that time. Custom itinerares can be arranged. Options include:
- A visit to 9-Mile, birthplace and home of Bob Marley. Includes a stop at a local bar and tour of Bob Marley estate and tomb
- Snorkeling or scuba diving trip
- Dunns River Falls, including shopping in Ocho Rios
- Negril to watch the cliff divers and sunset at Ricks Café
- Evening out in Montego Bay with stops at Senior Frog and other well-known night spots
Airfare is not included but tends to be reasonably priced. Typical round trip airfare from Miami to Montego Bay is about $320. Round trip from Nashville is about $400. Southwest does fly into Montego Bay and may have lower fares. Once registered, we’ll be sending ou additional information.

We are all about community. Not only are we singles-friendly, but we work hard throughout the trip to be sure everyone feels included. Our goal is to have everyone head home at the end of the trip with new life-long friends. To the extent possible, we eat together, relax together, and take excursions together.
If you’d prefer a roommate and don’t have one, we’ll work on several levels to match you to someone with similar likes and interests. If this is what you prefer, simply register for a double room. As time for our departure approaches, we’ll meet in a zoom meeting online to get to know each other. You may find your perfect companion here. If not, we’ll match you with someone and let both of you know prior to departure.
