We’re going to Scotland to play some of the most iconic golf courses in the world! While we’re there we’ll also get to know Edinburgh, Inverness, and more!
Overview
Embark on an extraordinary journey through Scotland’s captivating landscapes and storied history with our meticulously curated itinerary. Beginning in Edinburgh, the capital city awakens under the morning sun as you set off towards the majestic Stirling Castle, perched atop a volcanic crag. Continuing to the iconic town of St. Andrews, known as the ‘Home of Golf’, immerse yourself in its timeless charm before teeing off at the renowned St. Andrews Links. From there, venture northward, indulging in Scotland’s finest single malt whiskies at Dalwhinnie Distillery, paying homage at Culloden Battlefield, and experiencing the challenge of golfing at Nairn and Royal Dornoch Golf Clubs.
Delve into history with visits to Dunrobin Castle and the serene beauty of Loch Fleet before culminating your adventure with a cruise on Loch Ness, a contemplative visit to Beauly Priory, and a scenic return journey to Edinburgh via Pitlochry and Blair Castle. Bid farewell to Scotland, carrying cherished memories of castles, golf courses, and breathtaking landscapes, as you conclude this unforgettable journey through the heart of Scotland.
A note about golf carts and walking the Scotland courses:
Most courses we will be playing provide golf carts (buggies). Traditionally, golfers walk the course with a push cart, electric cart, or hire a caddie. We have provided leisure/touring days in between golfing so that players will be refreshed for the courses. The rules and pricing around vary between golf clubs. A push cart can be rented for around $5. Electric trolly will cost about $25.00 and a caddie will be somewhere around $60.00. This is not included in the golf package, please consult Allen Hime, the team leader ([email protected]), for reservations and questions.
